PAYMENT
OF FEES |
|
New
students: Upon acceptance of admission,
the admission fee, security, annual
charges, first installment (Boarders)/
first month fee (Day Scholars) must
be paid within 7 days from the date
of acceptance letter. This payment
confirms your admission to the school.
The admission fee, annual charges,
first installment (Boarder) / first
month fee (Day Scholar) is not refundable
if the student withdraws after payment
of the fees.

Returning
Students: Before returning to the
school for the new academic year,
the annual charges and first installment
(Boarder) / First month fees (Day
Scholar) must be paid to confirm your
place in the new class.
Payments must be paid by DD/ Cash
in the school bank account no. : 06810100001891
in Bank of Baroda or in the school
office by due dates. Students will
not be permitted to begin their studies
until payment for the new session
has been received.

REFUND POLICY ON WITHDRAWAL
|
|
|
Should
a parent decide against his son /
daughter to the school, after depositing
admission fee and security deposit,
he will not be entitled to a refund
of either the admission fee or annual
charges and would be liable to pay
one month’s school fee in case
of day scholars and to two month’s
school fee in case of borders.
|
|
Minimum
of 30 days notice (for day scholars)
and 60 days notice (for boarders)
is required by t he school in case
a student is to be withdrawn.
|
|
Fee
will be charged for the number of
calendar months the student has been
in the school (part of the month will
be treated as full month). Suppose
a boy leaves on 5th of the month,
then full fee for the month will be
charged. In addition, fee for the
notice period will be deducted if
a student is withdrawn without giving
notice of withdrawal as given above.
|
|
Final
settlement of account and issue of
transfer certificate will be done
on receipt of clearance from all concerned,
which may take two weeks from the
date of withdrawal.
|
|
The
principal may at any time, with assigning
any reason , require a parent to withdraw
his son / daughter from the school,
if he / she considers that to be in
the interest of the school. |
